This Information Notice has been prepared by Su Grup Co. (“Company”) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) for the purpose of informing the relevant individuals\/data subjects about the principles and procedures regarding the processing of personal data belonging to customers.<\/span><\/p>

Your personal data, such as identity, contact, financial data necessary for invoicing services, data shared verbally during job interviews, visual and audio recordings for security purposes, and log records required by Law No. 5651 if you use internet access provided by Su Grup Co., will be collected and processed physically or electronically.<\/span><\/p>

Conducting Activities for Customer Satisfaction (Including Requests\/Complaints) and Customer Relationship Management Processes,<\/span><\/p>

Execution of Advertising \/ Campaign \/ Promotion Processes,<\/span><\/p>

Providing Information to Authorized Individuals, Institutions, and Organizations,<\/span><\/p>

Conducting Financial and Accounting Affairs.<\/span><\/p>

III) Which Personal Data Will Be Processed<\/strong><\/p>

Your data will be processed based on the purpose of your visit and the services you will use during your visit:<\/span><\/p>

Identity and contact data,<\/span><\/p>

Your financial data necessary for invoicing the service,<\/span><\/p>

Your data shared verbally during correspondences with our company and during meetings,<\/span><\/p>

Your visual and audio data recorded by security cameras,<\/span><\/p>

Your visual and audio data that will be recorded by the advertising department of the company upon your explicit consent,<\/span><\/p>

Log records of internal IP distribution required by law if you connect to the company visitor network and use the internet.<\/span><\/p>

IV) To Whom and For What Purpose Your Personal Data May Be Transferred<\/strong><\/p>

Your processed personal data, in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes and the conditions specified by the Law, may be transferred to:<\/span><\/p>

Our business partners and suppliers, to the extent necessary for the provision of our products and services,<\/span><\/p>

Consultants, audit firms, lawyers, and authorized public institutions and authorities with limited scope and in cases of commercial, financial, and legal disputes, and limited by the law.<\/span><\/p>

V) Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/p>

Your personal data is collected by natural or legal persons who process data on behalf of Su Grup Co., by physical documents, camera recordings, digital records, and with your explicit consent unless otherwise provided by law. Your personal data is processed by Su Grup Co. in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation.<\/span><\/p>

Your Legal Rights under the Law<\/span><\/p>

According to the Law, your legal rights are written in Article 11 of the Law and are as follows: You may exercise your rights by applying to Su Grup Co. or to the company headquarters in writing and requesting;<\/span><\/p>

  1. a) To learn whether your personal data has been processed,<\/span><\/li>
  2. b) If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,<\/span><\/li>
  3. c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with its purpose,<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    \u00e7) To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,<\/span><\/p>

    1. d) If your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request its correction,<\/span><\/li>
    2. e) To request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,<\/span><\/li>
    3. f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to paragraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,<\/span><\/li>
    4. g) To object to the emergence of a result against you because it is exclusively analyzed by automated systems,<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      \u011f) To demand compensation for any damages you may suffer due to unlawful processing.<\/span><\/p>
